Previously any cancer patient - surviving or current patient - was not allowed, under any circumstances, to donate their organs. Should a shortage induce a rendering of our donated organ standards?

It appears potential employers are stretching their responsibilities just a little too far, if blatant personal invasiveness is a little too far. I know personally I wouldn’t think twice before refusing. How would you react?
